I stopped writing on my blog and no one has complained but I think I might start again. Last night I dreamed that I was jumping on a trampoline and it felt really good and was good for my joints and afterwards I had that aerobic glow and flushed complexion. I think in reality jumping on trampoline would cause me lots of pain. I think I dreamed that because Brian MacLeod was here for Ron's birthday and touting the benefits of aerobic exercise. I wish I could write as well as Scott MacLeod (no relation). I found this amazing piece here that he wrote several years ago.
